National Signing Day

Girls Basketball Split Against Teams from Memphis

The girls basketball team played over the weekend and ended up with one win and one loss. They played Memphis Arlington and suffered a 56-52 loss. Shytyrah Copeland had 17 points and 10 rebounds, Jada Guinn had 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Desiree Bates contributed 12 points. The girls earned a win against Memphis

Lady Wildcats Beat Karns 100-16

The Lady Wildcats pummeled the Karns Lady Beavers at home Tuesday night. Every member of the ‘Cats scored, while the team leaders were Mykia Dowdell with 10 points, Jaymi Golden with 14, Terrika Dean had 15, Desiree Bates had 17, and Jada Guinn led the team with 22 points.

Softball Player Monica Porter Wins Prudential Spirit of Community Award
